Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Temporary Notice — July 2026: Due to a planned warehouse transition this month, order processing times are temporarily extended. Orders placed in July may take up to 6 business days to process before shipping (instead of our standard 1 business day). We expect to return to standard processing times in August. Thank you for your patience - once your order ships, all standard delivery times and tracking below still apply.

1. Deliverable Area
We ship to the United States and internationally, including most other countries.

2. Order Delivery Time
Daily order cut-off time: 9:00 AM New York Time (EDT, UTC−4). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day at earliest.
Order processing time: Approximately 1-2 business day.
Delivery time: Approximately 7–16 business days for US orders. International orders may take up to 21 business days.
Total delivery time: Usually 8–17 business days for US orders.

3. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Address Changes
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Contact us at support@rationalsteel.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

5. Delivery Delays
Contact us at support@rationalsteel.com if your order is significantly delayed.

6. Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible at support@rationalsteel.com — full refund if not yet dispatched.

7. Customs and Import Duties
Import duties or customs fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Missing Items
Contact us at support@rationalsteel.com if your order is lost or stuck in customs.
