Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from us include a free 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Customers who purchase our optional 5-Year Extended Warranty at checkout will receive warranty coverage for 5 years from the date of delivery instead of the standard 2 years.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the product, including defects in materials or workmanship that were present when the product was manufactured.
If we determine that your product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the product with the same model or an equivalent replacement at no cost to you; or
- If a replacement is unavailable, provide another appropriate remedy.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Blade dulling or the need for sharpening.
- Cosmetic scratches, marks, or discoloration.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper storage, neglect, or improper maintenance.
- Rust or corrosion resulting from improper care.
- Damage caused by modifications, repairs, or alterations made by anyone other than us.
- Damage resulting from using the product for purposes other than its intended use.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- Clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
We reserve the right to request additional information where reasonably necessary to evaluate a claim.
If we determine that the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
Warranty Period
- Standard Warranty: 2 years from the date of delivery.
- Extended Warranty: Customers who purchased the optional 5-Year Extended Warranty receive coverage for 5 years from the date of delivery.
Limitation
This warranty is limited solely to manufacturing defects. It does not create any additional guarantees beyond those expressly stated in this policy and does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
