Most items sold on RationalSteel may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.

1. Return Requirements for Return-Eligible Items
- All items must be in the same condition that you received them — unused, with original packaging.
- When returning items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Please Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any lost return shipment.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged or lost due to customer misuse are non-refundable.

3. General Return Process
Return Method: By Mail
Initiate a return: Please email us at support@rationalsteel.com with photos of the item and your order number. Our customer service team will determine the eligibility of your return request within 2 business days.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we'll send you return instructions and you should return the item using your own shipping label.

4. Return Charge
If the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or damaged item), we will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no cost to you.
If the return is due to the buyer's preference (such as not wanting the item or ordering the wrong product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
